Can I brew tea in a coffee maker?

Of course you can! At Riverboat Tea we recommend brewing tea in a coffee maker as it efficiently and effectively brews enough cups for you and your friends!

How do I brew loose leaf tea?

There are many ways to brew loose leaf tea such as using coffee maker (Riverboat Tea suggested), infuser, kettle, french press, and more.

How do I make iced tea?

Start by brewing your flavor of Riverboat Tea (we recommend our Original Black Tea Grounds, the best tea for iced tea) using your preferred brewing method. Once the tea is brewed simply pour it over ice or put the tea in a refrigerator to cool down. It's that easy!

Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

Absolutely! If you wish to return your purchase, you have 14 days to reach out to us for a refund—no questions asked! Just email us at josh@riverboattea.com, and we’ll guide you through the refund process.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally.
